Shipping & returns

    Returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive your order qualify for a refund. Returns postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order qualify for an online credit. After 14 days, items are not eligible for return or store credit.

    Shipping Costs will not be refunded. Please use an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Bella Mar is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

    For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return for a refund and 14 days from date of purchase to receive store credit.

Garments must be UNWORN, with ORIGINAL TAGS and ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed. 
With your return please include a copy of or the original receipt.

When we receive your return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. Please note the funds may not show back in your account for 3-7 business days depending on your banking institution. You will be notified of the refund via email!

    The best way to ensure you get the item you are craving is to place a new order and return the one you are not in love with.  This way we will ship out your new order right away!  When we receive the return, we will refund you as stated above!

    *GIFT CARDS, SALE, RED LINED or CLEARANCE items & ACCESSORIES are final sale and cannot be returned. 

    We are a small business and many of our items are in limited quantities, so we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. Please also be aware that your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers in your email.
